Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure best practices and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with visa sponsorship and relocation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
