Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and foreign colleagues to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in technical architecture discussions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to security standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) – essential for communicating with global stakeholders.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability to work in a Remote Friendly environment with strong self-discipline and time management.
