- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical bugs and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Proven experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid US work authorization.
