Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for healthcare predictive analytics
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for clinical trial optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques through research publications
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in data science with healthcare/biotech focus
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, causal inference)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems
