Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Drive technical strategy for fintech API integrations
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production software development experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relocation commitment to Pittsburgh area required
