Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Optimize application performance and security
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
- Document technical specifications and maintain clean code
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node.js, AWS)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Must be based in Charlotte metro area or willing to relocate
