Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blogs
- Conduct quarterly security audits and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go or Python with cloud-native patterns
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
