Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-availability web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices for security and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex bugs, and drive technical improvements.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and drive innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on front-end and/or full-stack technologies.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN, and a valid driver's license.
