Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the technical direction of key projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle high traffic loads.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
