Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; lead regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high availability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Testing: Implement rigorous unit and integration testing to minimize bugs and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Baltimore, MD.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
