Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular experience highly valued).
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate to Louisville, KY (Relocation assistance provided).
