Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architecture reviews and code quality assurance to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical training sessions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (React, Node.js, Python, or Java preferred).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage project timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
