Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software engineering.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and bottlenecks to optimize application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
