Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core components for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and designers to define product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or Go.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration is a significant plus for Project 2026.
