Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define product requirements and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture planning, and system design sessions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure data security and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert-level experience with React.js or Angular for frontend development.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
