Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and testing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Strong understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
