We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our London team and help us deliver cutting-edge solutions for our Nashville market. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on projects that directly impact our US operations while collaborating with a diverse, international team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for the Nashville market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers in both the UK and US.
- Occasionally work during US business hours to align with Nashville team meetings and deadlines.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Previous experience working with US-based teams is a plus.
