Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and performance issues within existing systems, implementing optimizations to enhance speed and reliability.
- Mentorship: Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute unit and integration tests, and participate in CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
- Agile: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
