Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews, perform technical debt reduction, and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability for high-traffic environments.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
