Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making processes to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Spring Boot).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment in a software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
