Your Mission:
You will be the architect of our core services, ensuring reliability, speed, and security. Your code will power the logistics network used by thousands of businesses daily.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Node.js and Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to define and implement features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput under heavy load.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring the codebase remains clean, maintainable, and secure.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
