Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architectures using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement DevSecOps practices
- Collaborate with Product teams to define roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, or Go
- AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Proven track record of mentoring developers
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
