Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and daily collaborations with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA).
- Testing & Deployment: Ensure rigorous testing protocols and seamless deployment pipelines for all new features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Tools: Strong experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
