As a key member of our engineering squad, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and technical execution, ensuring our high-performance applications deliver seamless user experiences across all devices.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive user interfaces.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
