Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Node.js/Python and React/TypeScript
- Design cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Implement security best practices including OAuth and encryption
- Collaborate with product teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience with full-stack development
- Expertise in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment
- Strong background in financial systems or SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
