Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely, efficient resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a modern tech stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
