Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure maintainability and best practices across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python (Django/Flask).
- Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
