Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
