Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-availability software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and architectural bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development (Java, C#, or Python preferred).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Must be willing to relocate to Durham, North Carolina.
