Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to optimize system performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; experience with RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Tools: Strong command of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Style: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a direct hire capacity.
