Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into high-quality code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit and integration testing, and debug issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to deployment and post-launch support.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with deep understanding of RESTful APIs and web architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot system bottlenecks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
