Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Architecture: Lead the architectural design of scalable systems, ensuring they are robust, secure, and maintainable.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and optimization of performance.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, collaborating with the engineering team to implement long-term fixes.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards, technical architecture, and career growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, including API specs, system diagrams, and deployment guides.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
