Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, technical architecture planning, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial planning to post-launch support.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript or Python.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
