Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application architecture for speed and efficiency.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with message queues and asynchronous processing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
