Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and architecture planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (JavaScript, Python, Java, or .NET preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
