Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions for our clients.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development (JavaScript, Python, or Java preferred).
- Proven experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.
