Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet business requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and CI/CD implementation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, long-term technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
