Responsibilities

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to testing and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, state management, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
