Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement features that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile ceremonies, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
