Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive DevOps best practices including containerization and infrastructure-as-code
- Ensure security compliance and scalability across all platforms
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-ready applications
