Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a relevant technology stack (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong proficiency in relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
