Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and interns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of OOP principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
