Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the technical strategy for the engineering department.
- Optimize application performance and ensure best practices for security and data privacy.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
