Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust security protocols and AWS best practices
- Drive architectural decisions for high-traffic payment processing systems
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development with Go and Node.js
- Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade SaaS applications
