Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality across the engineering department.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and drive refactoring initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
