Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and robust system architectures.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of excellence.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python or Java, and experience with React or Node.js.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
