Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices using cloud-native architectures
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Optimize system performance using AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices for data protection
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring and leading development teams
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- CI/CD certification (AWS/GCP) or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
