Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices architecture using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead full-cycle development from ideation to deployment using Agile methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement robust security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to tech strategy
- Document technical specifications and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate globally
