Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead technical architecture decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and implement features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
