Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning sessions to drive technical vision.
- Maintain and improve existing legacy systems during the transition phase.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
